Homeschooling?  


Let us help your kids to learn about organic farming.  This is a down & dirty fully hands-on tour of our operation.  Depending on the timing, your kids will be pulling beets, digging carrots, looking for cucumbers under a canopy of large leaves.  


They will, of course, gorge on fresh organic berries that they can pick.


They will have the chance to:
Pick and eat berries
See the farm irrigation system
Learn what fertigation is
See and touch our custom NAB organic mineral/fertilizer blend
Dig a carrot
Pull a beet
Peel a garlic bulb
Taste a flavorful piece of field lettuce and be wowed by the flavor
See an active bee hive
Learn about soil and what makes it healthy and what makes it unhealthy
Learn the chemical formula for photosynthesis
Learn about how 'minerals & microbes' work together to make 'real food' nutritious
Learn why nutritious food also tastes better


We truly feel that the way to like vegetables is to eat right from a farm.  It also helps if you bring them hungry.
